If the HP printer is only printing 1 copy...

Go into Printer and devices

Go into printer properties

Click on the Device Settings tab

Find the Mopier Mode and Job Storage settings

Change the settings from Enabled to Disabled

Click Apply, OK

Now you should be able to print multiple copies
